They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration in any form. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring the products for a legitimate research capacity and accept sole responsibility for their lawful handling, storage, and use.
You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing as, or on behalf of, a research institution, laboratory, or qualified professional. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are shown in GBP per vial. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Payment is taken at checkout in cryptocurrency via our payment provider, NOWPayments. The provider handles the transaction; we do not take or store card or bank details.
We aim to dispatch promptly and provide tracking where available. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery timescales given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

We collect the information you provide to place an order — name, contact details, and delivery address — together with order history and limited technical data, such as cookies necessary for the site to function.
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by our payment provider; we do not receive or store card or bank data.
We rely on performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legal obligation (e.g. tax records), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and service improvement).
We share data only with providers who help us operate — payment processing, couriers, and IT — and only as needed. We keep records for as long as required for the order and applicable legal retention periods.

Orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging via a tracked courier, with cold-chain packaging where required. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, where they apply, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. However, for reasons of safety, integrity, and contamination control, opened, unsealed, or temperature-sensitive research materials cannot be returned once the tamper-evident seal is broken, except where the goods are faulty or not as described.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will look into it with you.
