Frequently asked

Everything you might want to know

Not legal advice — check your local regulations if you're unsure.

General
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we sell is a laboratory research reagent, supplied for in-vitro and analytical research use — not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration.
Are you a UK company?
Yes, CarbonPeptides is based in the UK and ships from within the UK.
Who do you sell to?
Research institutions, laboratories, and individual qualified professionals purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
Is it legal to buy research peptides in the UK?
Generally, research chemicals sold and labeled as such sit in a different legal category than the same compound marketed for human use. This isn't legal advice, so it's worth checking what applies to your specific situation.
Quality & testing
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes, for every batch we carry. You can look yours up by lot number using our batch lookup tool, and it's linked in your order confirmation too.
Who tests the peptides?
Each production lot is tested by the manufacturing lab for HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity before it's listed for sale.
What purity can I expect?
99.4% or higher by HPLC — the exact figure for your lot is on its Certificate of Analysis.
How do I verify a batch?
Enter the lot code printed on your vial into the batch lookup tool on the homepage, and we'll show the certificate on file for that exact batch.
